1Log in to AccesD at desjardins.com
2On the AccesD home page, select your account under "Accounts" or "Cards, loans and credit"
3Navigate to the "Statements" or "Releve" section
4Select your preferred date range
5Choose the option to download or export as CSV
6Save the file to your Desktop or preferred folder. The file will include a ".csv" extension.
7We recommend you rename the file indicating the type (credit, chequing etc) and the date range for organization

• Download 3–6 months of data at a time for best results.
• Make sure to select "CSV" format (not PDF or QFX).
