How to export National Bank of Canada (NBC) transactions to CSV
Step-by-step instructions to download your transaction history for use with Prosperi.
Steps
- 1Access your National Bank online banking platform
- 2Go to "Accounts and transactions" from the left navigation menu
- 3Select "Statements"
- 4Choose one or multiple accounts for transaction download
- 5Find and select your desired statements or transaction time periods
- 6Select your preferred download format (CSV option available)
- 7Press the "Download" button to export
- 8Save the exported file to your computer
- 9We recommend you rename the file indicating the type (credit, chequing etc) and the date range for organization
Pro tips
- • Download 3–6 months of data at a time for best results.
- • Make sure to select "CSV" format (not PDF or QFX).
- • Rename the file with the account type and date range (e.g.
td-chequing-2025-01.csv) for organization.
