How to export RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) transactions to CSV
Step-by-step instructions to download your transaction history for use with Prosperi.
Steps
- 1Sign in to your RBC online banking account
- 2From the top navigation bar, click on "My Accounts"
- 3Choose your desired account
- 4Locate and click the "Download" button above the transaction list
- 5Choose "CSV" as your file format
- 6Click "Continue" at the bottom right corner
- 7Download and save the file to your computer or Desktop. The file will be saved with a ".csv" extension.
- 8We recommend you rename the file indicating the type (credit, chequing etc) and the date range for organization
Pro tips
- โข Download 3โ6 months of data at a time for best results.
- โข Make sure to select "CSV" format (not PDF or QFX).
- โข Rename the file with the account type and date range (e.g.
td-chequing-2025-01.csv) for organization.
