How to export Scotiabank (BNS) transactions to CSV
Step-by-step instructions to download your transaction history for use with Prosperi.
Steps
- 1Access your Scotiabank online account
- 2Choose your account from the available options
- 3Navigate to the "Your Transactions" or "Posted Transactions" area
- 4Set your preferred date range
- 5Click the "Search" button
- 6Return to the top of the page and click "Download", then select the "CSV" format
- 7Save the downloaded file to your Desktop or preferred location
- 8We recommend you rename the file indicating the type (credit, chequing etc) and the date range for organization
Pro tips
- • Download 3–6 months of data at a time for best results.
- • Make sure to select "CSV" format (not PDF or QFX).
- • Rename the file with the account type and date range (e.g.
td-chequing-2025-01.csv) for organization.
